My plan for October - or Rocktober as I like to call it

Im gonna do something totally crazy here and make the statement right here, right now for all of sparkpeople land to see ... or at least the 5 people who typically read my blogs.

I'm going to work out every day this month. Except for yesterday which I already missed. But starting today, for the rest of the month, some kind of physical brutality, I mean exercise, will be inflicted, I mean ... yeah lets go with inflicted on this body. At least 30 minutes. There I typed it and there's no taking it back...unless I just delete this whole blog and pretend this never happened which is tempting but nope. We're doing this spark friends. We. Are. Doing. This.

This is a pretty tall order for me because I am THE worst at sticking to plans and I frequently have bouts of "I-don't-feel-like-it-itis". So a challenge, it truly will be.

And you're all my witnesses. So if I miss a day, feel free to throw things at me.

Bring it on Rocktober.
