Day #37: Crunching Numbers

In 37 days:

I'm down 10.5 lbs so far
waist down 3 inches
hips down 3 inches
neck down 1 inch
thigh down 3.5 inches
calf down 1.5 inches
upper arm down 2 inches

I can walk a mile in 17:21.

I'm more conscious of what I eat and how to balance my calories. I'm not skipping meals. I'm cooking a bit more healthy.

I'm quite thankful I have a husband that doesn't mind trying new foods/recipes. This allows me to try new recipes from Last night I made Tuscan Chicken Milano and he said is that another Spark recipe? Its funny that he's getting to know that my new recipes come from Spark! Hey at least he's eating healthier!

Last night, I splurged! emoticon My husband wanted me to make my Mayonnaise Cake since we haven't had anything sweet in so long. I put my recipe in to find out how many calories my recipe. According to the recipe calculator its 222.5 calories per slice. And last night after making it, I had ONE piece. My husband wanted another piece and I told him I was not having a second piece because of how many calories it was per piece. Even though I had ONE piece, I managed self control and didn't have a second piece and did stay within my calorie range for the day yesterday! Very very proud of myself!

Now to figure out when I can get my manicure done since I've met my goal of 10 lbs lost!!!!
