Motivation

Why do I want lose weight? What will I do when I get to my goal weight that I can't do now? These are questions I still don't really know the answer to other than fitness and health. I'm hoping the weight loss and fitness combined will stop my back pain and I want to be able to go for a run without feeling self-conscious.
