I jumped on the scales yesterday and I was 1.9 kgs down. Very pleased with this.
I have stayed on track since I have been home, then I had wine last night! Why? Who knows. I didnt drink while I had the grandchildren. Oh well, back on track today.
I took Max for a 15 minute walk yesterday and went for a walk with the 'girls' today for about 20 mins. I have been keeping up with my water and have tracked my food.
All pretty good.
I go to WW on Thursday for my WI there and feel quietly confident that I will have lost, and also that I am mostly staying on track.
We just went to my son's house for a BBQ, and I had meat and green salad.
