New Treadmill

I am so excited. I bought a new treadmill over the weekend and have set a new goal for myself to use it every day for the next month. My goal is to create a habit in which I feel the need to use the treadmill to feel normal. Fingers crossed. I used it for 46 minutes yesterday and we will see how well it goes today. I am just taking it day by day and trying to hold myself accountable.
