Due to my recent jaw injury, I have learned to value the joy of eating slowly. Instead of wolfing food down as quickly as possible, a slow leisurely approach seems to work. I seem to eat less, enjoy more, and stop when I am full.
I'm not sure if there is any information regarding health/weight and the speed at which you eat, but I feel like I'm getting more out of my food this way. What are your thoughts?
