I am back from vacation and into my routine life.
I'm cooking at home and we're walking every morning. I'm back to my strength training again.
I am going to jump off this plateau or off a cliff. Sure hope it's the plateau and not a cliff.
I have lots of fruits and veggies and I'm ready to go. Making soup tomorrow and that is always good when you have to grab something fast.
anymore ideas for staying in the 150 's and losing more?
