Food Blog - Monday (photos)

I like taking pictures, even of my food.

So this was day one, and a high stress day, and food choices aren't what they could be, but so well...

Estimated calories are up first, will refine that later.

My yogurt breakfast - blueberries, activia cherry and all bran
Est = 200

Turkey cheese sandwich with mayo
Est = 250
356 (i'm not sure i used that much mayo, but overestimating is safer)

Cottage cheese and pineappe, lil v8
Est =180

Panera mac n cheese and tuna sandwich
Est = 840

Raisin bran 1%milk
Est = 200

Activia banana bread and all bran
Est = 200

TCBY fro yo - not that good, only ate two of the flavors, maybe 6oz
Est = 400

The after shot

Dunkin Donuts (that fro yo didn't cut it)
Est =200

Estimated total=2470
Actual = 2443

I should win some sort of award for being so acurate.

But I need to eat like 700 less calories. Okay, new day tomorrow!
