This weeks challenge is the food blog. Well, a mindful eating journal, I had to be the dork that took it to the next level. We should eat at the table at least one meal per day (I'm glad I moved back home 3 months ago or I wouldn't even have a kitchen table :-O) But I ate Lunch at the kitchen table, breakfast I did half and half.

Unless you got bored and didn't scroll down deep for the good stuff, now for the actual text information. Today I did my exhaustion test for my push up program, sit ups, and squats. I passed the sit ups and squats (although I am doing squats without the weights now since my feet got in the shape they did), but my push ups I did 24 when I had to do 31 to get to week 5. This is a never ending week. This week has seen 3 different months, two BLC challenges, about 6 new fruits and vegetables and still it's here. Given at the start of the challenge I could only do 8 push ups on my knees, the program is working :-P I used a pillow for my knees today so they don't get injured as well.

I planned a 5k walk today, but it rained, all day. Not just at 7am to 8am either via my video blog. If things like this happen when I wake up early perhaps this wasn't a great idea after all? I may walk a 10k tomorrow and save my running for Thursday and Saturday this week, but it's supposed to rain all day tomorrow too. Why do so many people like October?

Tomorrow I'm applying for more jobs, oh joy. :|

Cool!! The food blog is back! Good for you! Did you ever cook that butternut squash? Did I remember to tell you that they are really hard to cut up?? I always buy the stuff already cut up from the grocery. I put it in my veggie soup, too.
As long as it's not thundering, you can walk in the rain....
