Slow and steady~

I am on track and doing well. Only released 2 pounds this week, but that's still 2 pounds gone... 9 so far in 2 weeks. I will take it.

Now to add some exercise... I always have good intentions and don't seem to make it too far past my intentions. So, here's my plan. I am going to use my Gazelle to ease into exercise. I am going to do a minimum of 1 minute of exercise for each corresponding date of the month. Today is the first and I am going to do at least 1 minute of exercise. Tomorrow, the 2nd, I will do at least 2 minutes. By the end of the month, I will have gradually increased my activity to 31 minutes a day. By then it should be a normal part of my life. It may sound like a silly way to do it, but if it will get me in the habit of exercising, I will take it. One baby step at a time will help make this a life change, not just a passing fad. I can do this. I want to do this. I WILL DO THIS!!!
