Now that I've taken an interest in taking care of myself, I'm starting to feel better physically and mentally. Apart from that, people are really starting to notice my progress as well. It's not as hard as it used to be, it's almost coming naturally. I splurge once a week, but even then I know my limits. I've had to cut out my working out because I've been working late almost every night. The days I am off I'm either busy or just too tired to even fool with it. I figure being all over the place for 10+ hours a day will make some kind of difference. I'm starting to see weight loss as a 12 step program: It works if you work it!
