Five Day Meal Plan

For the weekend challenge (Friday, September 28th through Monday, October 1st), we are suppose to make a plan for 5 days of the week. Five breakfasts, five lunches, five dinners and then how we are going to stick to our plan. Here goes:

1) two hard boiled eggs
2) 3 tbsp of cream of wheat made with water
3) two hard boiled eggs
4) 1/2 cup of oatmeal
5) two hard boiled eggs

1) pear cup w/no sugar added, Oikos yogurt, cup of celery, cup of carrots, 6 slices of honey roasted turkey breast
2) mandarin orange cup w/no sugar added, Oikos yogurt, can of tuna on two cups of lettuce with spinach leaves
3) apple slices, Oikos yogurt, cup of celery, cup of carrots, honey chipotle salmon
4) peach cup w/no sugar added, Oikos yogurt, spaghetti squash with meat sauce
5) mandarin orange cup w/no sugar added, Oikos yogurt, cup of green beans, cup of celery, 6 slices of cracked pepper turkey breast

1) two cups of lettuce, honey chipotle salmon
2) two cups of broccoli, seasoned tilapia
3) two cups of lettuce, turkey taco salad
4) two cups of seasoned cauliflower & broccoli, venison meat seasoned
5) two cups of green beans, seasoned salmon

1) Oikos honey yogurt
2) Oikos honey yogurt
3) low fat yogurt
4) Oikos honey yogurt
5) low fat yogurt

Since doing the 17 Day Diet, I do have limits on what I eat. Luckily, I can eat plenty of meat and veggies so I'm usually never hungry. I really want this to work and so far, I've lost almost 10 lbs since September 3rd. This is why I will stick to this plan!

    Becky~ Just read your menus. I can see why you are on track with your 17 day diet. I really like the Greek yogurts too for the additional protein provided by them as well as the variety. Wishing you only the best as you journey toward your goals. emoticon
