Well - I had been on my maintence plan since mid-July, so here I go again with a stricter lower calorie diet. I started today - and I have to say that I have been SO ready to get back to a simpler way of eating! I have to say that I love the fresh, natural foods - so it's all good.
I'm having some sinus problems, so that's no fun. I felt so bad on Saturday that I didn't cook for the week - was too busy yesterday. SO I got up early this morning, made my lunch & made a plan to get home a bit earlier to put some salsa chicken in the crockpot; cooked some cabbage; chopped up cucumbers; grilled chicken for dinner, so I'm on track!!! Woo hoo - it feels good to me to get myself organized & ready to go for the week!
I'm hoping to drop another 15 or more pounds between now & Thanksgiving! So I'm on my way, ready to go & have my mind set! Here's hoping you've got your stride heading where you want to go!
