I followed my plan completely in September but I totally went out on my own this past weekend. What happened? My excuse is, I made a decision that it would be OK and as long as I started to track and exercise on Monday, everything will be fine. Alright.. but now have I consumed so many calories that I will have gain come Wednesday? How do I prevent this from happening next weekend?
I need a sturdy plan. My fitness minutes were very low last week. I didn't make my goal. Here's my workout schedule building block for the week. I can add but not deduct.
Monday: Abs & belly dance class
Tuesday: Full body weights, Tiffany Rothe youtube waist workout, 45 min cardio at the gym (LCW)
Wednesday: 30 minutes cardio at the gym, abs, upper body work
Thursday: TNT, 45 minutes cardio at the gym, Tiffany Rothe youtube waist workout
Friday: 45 minutes cardio at the gym, abs, lower body workout
I already know eating less and exercising more = weight loss. I can do it because I am worth it!
