So during my last three weeks I have been tracking my weight every day. One thing that has been easy to see is that Monday I seem to have a spike. Im analyzing everything that might cause this. I have looked at steps taken, I'm on point. Excersion level, on point. Calories count, on point. Then it hit me. On Sunday's we eat a lot later. We eat normally around 7:30 on Sundays we usually eat at 11:30.
So I'll make some adjustments and see if that helps me next week. Maybe I'll let the boys eat pizza and I'll have an early dinner. The good thing about patterns is you can try to break them.
