One of the blogs I follow has a challenge for the month of October: Drink only water or milk for the month of October.

Seems like a fitting challenge for those of us on Spark! I had a soda at lunch today (I have had a migraine the past two days, so I tried having some caffeine in an effort to get rid of it; also, I didn't see this challenge until after lunch), but I will try to stick to water the rest of October.
