That's me, patting myself on the back for sticking to nutrition goals for another week!

Goal for this week is to get more exercise in. What I'm doing is not enough, and is not consistent enough.

I want to continue seeing that scale going in the right direction!

    What are your plans for making time and finding motivation for more exercise? Are you going to try some different types of exercise or schedule an appointment to ensure you'll have time?

    emoticon way to stay on your Nutrition track! Would having folks to help keep you accountable help? You have us on Azure to help with that! I try to post once I have completed a workout with the emoticon emoticon.
