I am still bouncing about, I am now cutting my calories a bit and planning to try to do two workouts a day. One big (like running, working up to 4+ miles at a stretch) and one smaller, maybe Body Rock tv or a TV show or movie challenge (check pinterest, there are a ton of ideas!)
Perhaps doing this, even for a little, will pop the plateau and help me move on down!
