Still yo-yoing

I am still bouncing about, I am now cutting my calories a bit and planning to try to do two workouts a day. One big (like running, working up to 4+ miles at a stretch) and one smaller, maybe Body Rock tv or a TV show or movie challenge (check pinterest, there are a ton of ideas!)

Perhaps doing this, even for a little, will pop the plateau and help me move on down!

    I don't think it's a good idea to push your body too much in the beginning because you'll probably not keep up with it. I'll advise you start small and work your way up. emoticon emoticon
