Day #36: Progress

emoticon Time for me!!!


I'm so very proud of myself! This morning I was letting myself get down because of the money situation and not having but so much for gas and groceries, so again groceries are suffering. But I'm doing my best. Its NOT a lot of pastas, so that's a good thing!!! Any way I didn't get out of the house at my usual time. I was stressing over money and then I couldn't find my headphones and phone case for working out. FINALLY I got to the YMCA at 8:50 a.m. That's late for me considering I'm usually there no later than 7:30 a.m. So I got my workout in! YAY!!! Day #36 has been completed.

Because today is weigh in day, I used the scale at the YMCA (the old doctor's scale with the sliding weight). Per that scale I'm currently 323.5 lbs!!!!!!!! I am down 4 lbs this week! That's a total of 11 lbs so far. They are not lost they are GONE. I have no intentions of getting those 11 pounds back!

I stayed within my calorie range and managed to drink all my water except for 1 or 2 days. But that's progress!!!!

I'm doing great!!!!!!!!!!!

    Yay about getting in your workout :) :) :) Great accomplishment!!!!!!!!

When I am crunched for groceries, I turn to beans, especially dried beans. They are great protien sources plus high in fiber and nutrients. Black bean cakes, lentil patties, black eyed peas, black beans/corn/chickpea salad with taco seasoning.

I could go on and on. It can stretch the budget and leave you feeling full for few calories!
