Weight update!

I would have Vlogged, but I wouldn't have enough time today, not to mention I don't have much to Vlog about other than my weight. So I decided to just blog it.

My current weight is 262.2! :D
I am 2.3 Pounds away from being in the 250's again! I haven't been this low in sooo long!!!
My first weight goal is only 12.3 pounds away. Being at 249.9 (Under 250)! I hope I can get there! :D I am going to NEVER give up, because I am doing sooo good!

    You can get there. Just keep on doing what you are doing. We are about the same weight. In September I lost 10lbs so I am now at 256. I plan to lose another 10 in October. If I eat 1000 calories less than my BMR (see calorie calcutions 101 on Sparkpeople) I will lose 2 lbs a week. If I eat at the lower end of the range 3 or 4 days out of the week, I should be able to drop 2.5 a couple of weeks to make it 10 for the month. Soooo exciting!

    emoticon Yes, Yes!!! You can do it ! You are doing really well. Keep up the correct eating and that exercising you have been doing and you will reach that goal in no time. I got through the exercise classes today. I am sore now. In the morning it is going to be rough but I will do some stretching exercises and will get to feeling better. I have faith that will improve my movement for the rest of the day. I have done it before and it really worked. Boy ! it is hard to make myself do it with the soreness, but it pays off. I see you have more SP buddies making comments. Fabulous !!!! (HUGS)

    What is a Vlog. I know you can get down 249 again. You are termined and I know you will do well in your weight loss.
