Okay, I've been here for almost a month. I have been exercising and staying within my nutrition goals. I went from couch potato to track diva in a month and I have been gaining weight!? I just don't understand how this could be. My clothes don't fit me any differently. So I am supposing it is muscle gain? Don't worry, I'm not giving up. I just hope the scale starts going the other way.
