So I visited my daughter and fiance and drove there and back from Chicago to Pittsburgh and back again. The interstate stops had poor choices for food but I was able to get a veggie burger on whole wheat at burger king and a salad at another restaurant. Packing ahead would have helped. Now I have to face going back to work and 12 hours days four days a week. Oh well. The wedding is three weeks away and I am getting anxious as I am also an officiant. Any suggestions on how to get exercise while driving long distnaces?
