gained again!!!???

Let's be real...I finally met most of nutritional goals..I've been sick from mixing dairy with citrus, eating extra fiber through wheat , taking TUMS.
And I put on weight?

I panicked last week this week I'm angry...I felt better when I wasn't meeting calories, nutrients.
This is not water weight!!!

Revamping everything I learned, changing calorie, less dairy products, fatty foods, proteins and carbs.

    LOTS, and I mean LOTS of medications do this. I would do a medication validation or look each one up. (Ask your RN to do a validation, they should be able to produce one within minutes if they have a computer).
Also, have you been instructed to weigh daily? If not, you might consider it. With heart conditions, it is recommended, as you may need an adjustment on medications. If you are following your plan, than something else may just be hindering your progress. Your body may be telling you something, so don't get too mad. . .pay attention and start rocking the boat at the doctors office. emoticon

I was curious, so looked it up. Hope it helps! If it's helping with your pain, eating healthy and exercising as tolerated will still help your body. Don't blame yourself, just keep up the good work, and check with your doctor.

    Sweetie, we all gain weight sometimes and it could be added muscle that you have acquired by exercising, have you tried taking your measurements instead of the scale?
