Ever feel like time is getting away from you? I finally completed Week 3 Day 4 of my weight training program. Way behind! My fitness minutes in September were about half of what they were in August. Time for some refined goals to get things moving again.

1. Weight training 3x per week.
2. 30 minutes of cardiovascular 6x per week
3. Zumba 2x per week.
4. Track nutrition, including water.

Pretty basic, but that's what it takes. I'll blog some action plans to ensure the follow through.
