100 lbs. In 300 Days - Day Seven

Day Seven was a change of pace for me. I got up and made biscuits and gravy and bacon for my family. I ate that with them and had some orange juice to drink. Then, I realized my son, who had spent the night with my parents had forgotten his winter coat and was heading back North that morning. I packed up his coat and some chili and pumpkin roll for him to take home with him. I went to my parents house and visited with them until my son and my dad left (for different destinations). Then it was just Mom and I in the house. That was pretty nice too. I spent the entire day snuggled up under a light blanket talking with Mom. I really needed that. My mom's house is lovely and comfortable. Her words are always so soothing. It was majorly de-stressing. I felt so at peace. I can tell my mom anything. It was really nice. I think that it's important in the process of losing a lot of weight to have someone to talk to.
After I left my parents' house, I went to Batesville because my husband was home!!!! I picked him up at the truck yard and went home to pick up our daughter and we were off for the evening to my son's choir concert. It was a great show! The mixed show choir was my favorite. They danced beautifully!
Food followers: I had breakfast of biscuits and gravy and 3.5 strips of bacon, and a glass of orange juice. I skipped lunch because I was busy talking to mom. Then I had a cookie at the choir concert (peanut butter) and I came home and had a bowl of homemade macaroni and cheese for supper.
Peace and Love,
Matt and his girlfriend, Lauren at the choir concert.
