Been exercising almost daily at lunch and finally got back to doing Zumba. At lunch I have been attempting to do P90X but honestly, I don't like the fact that I just don't have enough time to do the entire dvd. We have to skip the warmup, cut the workout short, and skip the cooldown. Feel rushed the entire time. I am thinking about trying Jillian Michaels' Body Revolution a guaranteed 30 min. workout. THAT is doable. I am seeing some results not so much from the P90x but the Zumba. After 3 days of Zumba I lost 4.5 lbs without dieting... can only imagine what I can accomplish if I stick to my meal plans.
