This morning was my last session with my trainer Neil.
I actually didn't realize this was my last session until it was over - I thought I had one more, but we checked and no dice. It was rather anticlimactic. "OK, so this is it? I better see you here regularly." A quick hug and I was off. On my own.
I've learned a lot about ST from him and have more confidence now to do it on my own. As always, the trick will be, you know, ACTUALLY DOING IT.
I think I have a pretty solid plan going forward. I have the class schedule printed out, and my plan is three classes a week (step, body pump, HIIT), with running and ST to round it out to 4-5 days a week. The actual classes may change a bit with my weekly schedule and class changes, but the plan is at least one body pump and two cardio classes. I actually love step and kickboxing so I'm hoping to fold those in regularly.
I'm going to give this all I've got. I CAN do it, and I WILL do it.
I want to wear size 10 capris or shorts (did I just say shorts?!) onto my cruise in January. I better get cracking. :)
