I'm exercising, working and out and trying to be more active, but the weight is not coming off as quickly as I like. However, my carb intake has been moderate, and for me I think carbs are what make me hold onto the weight the most. I did manage to get down to my lowest weight that I have seen in many years, so I think I'll try to make this a low carb week and see what happens.

    Keep with it. The last 25 lbs or so come off the slowest. In my case the last 25 lbs come off in spits and sputters. Seems my body will lose a couple of lbs for two weeks or so, and then lose nothing (or a small gain) for 3 weeks or so. Doesn't matter much what I do, just that I keep with my eating program.

It will come off, you just need to be patient and keep following your eating and exercise program.
