A new month a new beginning, isn't it nice to be able to renew every 30 days or so.
I made no great wt loss last month but I did start tracking and exercising again, that is a good start.
I plan to continue plugging along day by day this month and see if I lose my 1 pound this month.
Coming here to get some spark points has already helped. I didn't go to the kitchen and have that cream cheese muffin. I will go have a piece of toast with peanut butter instead.
