Good Bye September

Good night September....this summer flew by & now it's already fall. So as I embrace October I have to cry a few tears for September. I could've done more work but this month has made me a sleepy plans for October:

1. Work my way to working out for 120mins per day. Walking not included
2. Eat more veggies..I seem to do well with fruits but its getting in vegs
3. Drink more water
4. Set a goal to lose 10lbs by the end of the month
5. Spend more time reading Bible spend more time with the family

What are you plans for October? Weight Watchers & Spark feel it is important that we spend more energy on short term goals to feel like we are achieving more goals. I think that is key to improving a healthier lifestyle..

You know I could hardly believe that I haven't blogged since August 31st?! WOW! I have been out of touch but you guys know I am always around trying to spread the Spark! Tonight's dinner, beef short ribs, baked chicken (a MUST HAVE), spaghetti with turkey sausage, sweet potatoes, greens, corn bread & mixed veggies...It was all really good wish there was smell/taste-a-vision...LMBO!

    Like your goals and like you I almost shed a tear as September passed away to October. I still feel as though there is so much more I could have done last month. Before long it will be too cold to do a lot outside and I will be house bound. There always new projects to get started on.

Now this 120 mins per mean EVERYDAY? emoticon
That's a lot of minutes per day. Ok, I'm staying out of your business...for now! emoticon

You have some great goals. I'm going to pray about my goals for October. I got 3lbs off in September thus far so I'll weigh myself tomorrow to see if I lost 5 lbs today.
emoticon I had to take rest days otherwise I think my fitness minutes and weight loss by name would have been different. We're on a 40 day Fasting and Prayer Season until the election at my Church. Fasting is whatever way God leads you, not necessarily food. It started on Friday. I have been fasting lunch which is messing up my nutrition tracker! emoticon I've been moved to fast sugar free gum. I eat a pack a day if I have it. I look for it in my drawers and purses lol. So YES that's what I'm fasting. And my facebook time. I've been doing good but I need to do better. But I'm going long on your blog and I don't want to do that. Kind of like how I write...Long Winded! emoticon
