Good night September....this summer flew by & now it's already fall. So as I embrace October I have to cry a few tears for September. I could've done more work but this month has made me a sleepy momma....my plans for October:
1. Work my way to working out for 120mins per day. Walking not included
2. Eat more veggies..I seem to do well with fruits but its getting in vegs
3. Drink more water
4. Set a goal to lose 10lbs by the end of the month
5. Spend more time reading Bible spend more time with the family
What are you plans for October? Weight Watchers & Spark feel it is important that we spend more energy on short term goals to feel like we are achieving more goals. I think that is key to improving a healthier lifestyle..
You know I could hardly believe that I haven't blogged since August 31st?! WOW! I have been out of touch but you guys know I am always around trying to spread the Spark! Tonight's dinner, beef short ribs, baked chicken (a MUST HAVE), spaghetti with turkey sausage, sweet potatoes, greens, corn bread & mixed veggies...It was all really good wish there was smell/taste-a-vision...LMBO!
