As my last blog states I haven't been doing very good. I haven't really been exercising and definitely not eating right. As it is the last day of September and a new week I will start over today. I'm going to go for an hour work after I post this blog. I will start working out for an hour six days a week. I will watch my food intake. It looks like I won't be meeting my goal of losing 30 lbs. before my cruise on the 22nd of Oct. But on a good note, I have lost weight so it's not all bad. As of right now I am at 198. The lowest I've gotten is 197 and that's from me starting out at 205. I'm going to get on this again and stick to it until the sunday before my cruise. I will pick it back up when I come home from my vacation. Hopefully I will lose more weight by then. I know I will!
And I've finally realized that people blog on here to keep themselves accountable. I will start doing that too! I also have to start back with tracking my food and getting my water in for the day. Wish me luck! Today is a new day!
