New month, new goals

I've been up 2 lbs. and down 2 lbs. for what seems like forever. I want to work on building consistency in October, especially in the area of exercise. I was in such great shape a few years back and able to do a lot of exercise. Now that I'm so out of shape, everything is hard. I'm just going to do what I can. I know it will come back, it will just take time. My goal for Oct. is to get a minimum of 500 fitness minutes and to lose 10 lbs.
I have several events next spring that I want to be back in shape for, along with all the usual reasons.

    emoticon October is gonna be your month. Just stay strong and if you stumble just jump right back up. Those fitness minutes will really help you toward your goal. emoticon
