September has had it's good points and it's bad but lets focus on the good:
emoticon Changed my thyroid medicine
emoticon Feel less exhausted and more energetic
emoticon Less sugar cravings (and less intense)
emoticon Worked on overcoming self criticism (Still in progress)
emoticon Worked on overcoming fear of failure (Still in progress)
emoticon Shorter mood swings/ started feeling more positive
