October 2012 Fitness Goals

October 2012 Goals:

Complete at least 500 Fitness Minutes emoticon

Jog at least 15 miles -not met only 7.8 miles

Jump rope (at least 4000 jumps)- not met/no attempt

Strength training at least 8 x’s -not met apprx. 3 times

Major Cardio workout (video, sprinting, high impact) 8 x’ emoticon

Drop 10 pounds - not met lost 7 pounds (but dropped a pant size)

These are just goals that I have posted for myself, not a true blog but I need to put them here as a REMINDER. September was not a bad month but did not go as I had planned. I logged less than 300 fitness minutes (largely due to the fact I was sick the last week or so during the month). Above are the bare minimum goals that I wish to accomplish during October, as always I will PUSH myself to do much more. I think that by posting this here it may help keep me accountable.
