still in a funk.

I just don't seem to be losing.

i need to get better at exercising.

the last days i have been really bad at making choices, so i am going to try to do better for the rest of the week. and exercise (can't forget that)

I am not sure if after 10lbs i am just at a platue, or am just making that bad of decisions. or what is mostly likely, it is both.

yesterday was a wash, as was friday..and today isn't much better. I am going to try to keep it under control for the rest of the day. (no more hot wing dip) and a salad for super then back on track tomorrow.

Hopefully I can get back on track!!

    thanks for hte encouragement.

    i will do some of your suggestions, including adding staying in calories as a streak. that is a great idea. I am about to post a blog because i got off my rump yesterday and exercised.

    i am going ot check the calorie thing too.

    Great job on your 10lb weight loss! That's certainly nothing to sneeze at!
    Are you on spark coach? The program I watched yesterday was all about plateaus. Here are the essentials of it (that I can remember):
    - get back to the food diary and measuring everything.
    - are you getting enough sleep?
    - do you need to change your exercise routine?
    - do you need to update your goal page so the calories are more appropriate for your new svelte self?

    I regularly exercise and have for some time, but for me, it really comes down to food intake accountability. Once I kept better track of this, I started seeing results. The minute I stopped, I gained some weight. Ugh! Don't do that! You've worked too hard for those 10lbs!

    I recently started a streak for eating within my calorie intake range. My goal is to stay in range 6 out of 7 days. This gives me one day for mistakes, parties, etc. so far, it's working for me.

    Losing weight is such a hard job, particularly when there are so many other things demanding of your attention! Make sure you reward yourself for those 10lb you've lossed and keep it food free rewards.
