I just don't seem to be losing.
i need to get better at exercising.
the last days i have been really bad at making choices, so i am going to try to do better for the rest of the week. and exercise (can't forget that)
I am not sure if after 10lbs i am just at a platue, or am just making that bad of decisions. or what is mostly likely, it is both.
yesterday was a wash, as was friday..and today isn't much better. I am going to try to keep it under control for the rest of the day. (no more hot wing dip) and a salad for super then back on track tomorrow.
Hopefully I can get back on track!!
