Lost 3 pounds this week. I am liking the dash diet so far and using the spark tracker to keep track of sodium has been a big help. I am suppose to be tracking my BP and it seem to be up and down. When I went to the Dr. again this week it was down but when I took it a couple of days later it was up again. Hopefully by the time I go back to the Dr. again it will be down for good. Things seem to be going well I just hope to see results with the BP.
