I have gone back to using my Blogger and found this entry. It was made back in 2008 and still remains true today.
My top 10 Reasons to lose weight...
1. To get my diabetes in control (a1C of 7 or less)
2. To wear nice clothes and buy at a lesser price
3. To be able to sit in a restaurant booth comfortably
4. To be able to run and play with my grandchildren
5. To have sound sleep (no snoring)
6. To wear my favorite jewelry
7. To be able to buy something nice at Victoria's Secret
8. To be able to run, freely, maybe even in a marathon
9. To be able to help my family (they're always in a crisis)
10. To restore my body "GOD's temple"
