Ive come to realize that not every week is the same, so why am I trying to give myself a goal that may not work week to week? Im going to start changing my weekly goals by what is going on in my life! Here are my fitness goals for October 1st-7th
Walking: 5x A Week
Strength:
Triceps- Mon, Wed & Fri
Back & Shoulders- Tues & Thur
Yoga: 10 Min. A Day
