Long week time to start over again

I lost my aunt last Monday on the first day of the challenge so I wasn't really able to plan my food and exercise the way I normally would. I did however keep an eye out through out the week and I managed to lose .6 lbs
So heres my schedule for tomorrow
Breakfast
High Protein boost

Lunch
String cheese
chicken and shrimp marsala with angel hair

Snack
Fruit and walnut salad

Snack 2 Fruit and nut bar

Dinner mushroom chicken moo goo gai pan and green beans
