This month myself and a few friends are challenging ourselves to walk or run, or a combo of each for 100 miles. We actually started earlier in the week, so we have 5 weeks to get the miles in. It averages out to about 3 miles per day to make our goal. Some days I have less, but other days I have more. Yesterday a friend and I hiked for 7.6 miles and today we are going on another long walk.
