The "buffet"

Last might was a party for a neighbour as they were celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary . They had it at a local buffet style restaurant - which I was sort of conflicted about (especially if the food was good). Fortunately or perhaps not I didn't have to worry too much on that score - LOL. At least I tried to avoid a lot of the BAD choices. I did end up with indigestion. I am trying to eat healthier today as penance for whatever dietary transgressions if any I may have committed. However I was glad to have attended as they are a nice couple. Have a great Sunday!!

    I miss the buffets. I have a hard time restraining myself. I eat more food variety and more quantity of food. Its hard to be social and be on a nutrition program too.

    lol, well now you know not to go there again! I never know how to count those calories, so try to avoid them, lucky for me there aren't any locally. Have a healthy rest if your day

    I hate to waste calories on mediocre food. I once read an article that said most thin people only eat what they really like. They don't bother to waste calories on things that are supposed to be good for you that they don't care for. I have always keep it in the back of my mind. Due to it I stopped forcing myself to eat both oatmeal and tomatoes.
