learning my way around SP

wow there is so much info on Sparkpeople that it's almost overwhelming to learn how to use it all. I'm trying to learn how to use this blog. emoticon I'm impatient and want to hurry through everything add don't want to take the time to figure things out. emoticon

    thank you for your encouragement! You are right about using food tracker it reveals much. I've been using them for about 2 weeks now. I found out that I'm getting way to much fat/cal. Not enough protein and carbs. emoticon

    I agree with the food and fitness trackers. I'm impatient as well so I was ONLY using the fitness and nutrition trackers until a couple of days ago when I decided to try out the whole blogging thing. I am still trying to navigate through all of the information on SP. Good Luck!

    There are SO many useful things on this site that is just takes time to "get" it all!! Locate what you think you will use most - and learn how they work. And then expand your horizons!! I personally recommend the food and fitness trackers because they will let you see what you are really eating and and how much you are accurately burning. In other words---they will hold you accountable!! Which is not much fun at first - but will help you succeed in the long run!! Take your time though - You don't have to know everything all at once!!
