Inspired by a few other Spark people, I have decided to set ten fitness goals for October. These include...
Hit 500 minutes of exercise for 4 weeks totaling 2000 minutes or more!
Get to my lowest weight in years and years. Hitting 233 would be a loss of fifty pounds from my highest ever weight
Continue my current daily exercise streak. Today I hit 50 days straight, the end of October will be 81.
Complete the Virtual 5K race.
Track my food daily and keep my calories below 1800 daily (at least 25 of 31 days)
Try something completely different fitness wise this month.. maybe join a gym, take a spinning class, go for a hike, or go swimming at the community pool. Maybe ice skating?
Do something fitness related with my family at least once per week.
Try a brand new healthy recipe that I have not made, or eaten, before.
Add a third day of strength training into my routine, currently at two, some weeks.
Drink at least 4 cups of water daily.
In two weeks, I will revisit this and then again at the end of October!
