I have been bouncing between 125-127 lbs for the last couple of months. I was pretty comfortable buying my size 6 skirts, until I tried on some size 6 pants bought for me by my aunt and realized I may not yet be a true size 6 because they were unprofessionally tight.
1. Blog at least every other day
2. Write down meal plan and stick to it
3. Burn 2500 calories per week
**I bought Bob Harper's 4 DVD workout set which actually has 8 workouts and it was very inexpensive. I plan to do one or two of the workout 3-4x per week and run 1-2x so that I end the week having completed 5 workouts.
