I actually got my butt out of bed to start Insanity today.
So so hard but so awesome!:)
I clumped together the first fit test along with the Day 1 workout (Plyometric cardio circuit). I of course did modified versions of certain exercises like push ups (knees on the floor). The workout still kicked my butt though and hopefully I can keep this up for the next 60 days.
The fit test is about 20 minutes while PCC clocks in at 40 minutes.
I really liked that Shaun T incorporates warm ups + stretches into his workouts.
I'm excited to see how this thing pans out and really really hope that my schedule allows for me to complete this.
I'm also hoping to stick with my nutrition goals this week- one day at a time :)
