motivation

Every morning when I get up I make my coffee and go to the computer and go on Sparkpeopel
it helps me to keep going all day I can't wait to track (exercise daily is a challenge) but when I get home from work I go on the computer again to my favorite web site and get motivated again to go and work out I feel like Sparkpeople is my buddy (my work out buddy, my weightloss buddy my friend in need.)

    Congratulations on taking steps to a healthier you !! I love the trackers as well and I am the same one on SP with my coffee every morning and off and on throughout the day to track. It IS very motivating !! Good luck on your journey, you CAN do it !! emoticon
