The last time I had a mocha frappachio was about three weeks ago. I looked up the calories and I think it said it was about 350 calories and I forgot the fat and protein but i guess they were high also. So if i wanted to just have that for lunch that was it. It also was not good for my diabetes.
I learned from that mistake by telling myself WHERE DOES ALL THAT SUGAR GO? and do i really need all those extra calories? when i could be eating something alot better.?
Now i drink venti iced latte's or now that the weather is getting colder I am drinking venti latte's with six splenda , so no sugar and its only 170 calories and with non fat milk i am getting my milk in for the day. so it's not so bad.
I am trying to do this with all my food and drinks. Sometimes you just have to have something that's a bit fattening. like my birthday cake for instance, but i had one slice and it was so dry and terrible we ended up taking it back. and we didn't get another cake. which was probably good as i would have ended up eating it .
So these are a couple of things I am doing to correct my former mistakes that I have made. They are helping, Losing weight and having a more healthy diet.
