A decent weight loss. I lost 2 this week and I couldn't be happier. I think knowing what I need to do has helped. Felt lost before that I wasn't sure what was going to work and not. But working out everyday is key along with 10 glasses of water and healthy foods and of course my shakes. I am starting to eat cleaner, fruits, veggies, lean meats and nuts. Low on the carbs like breads. I have cut down on breads in the last two weeks and I think it has helped. Ever read the Paleo diet? I looked it up and I can do that. Eat as many fruits and veggies that I want with my shakes and lean meats. AWESOME!!! Let keep this going and go down down down!! Cheers to next
week and another 2 pounds down.
I did zumba today for 90 minutes and had soo much fun!!! Zumba again on Monday and then after that will be combo dvds of different workouts. Can't wait I am pumped now!!!!
