Arrrghh! I am so hungry! A friend was diagnosed with pre-diabetes and told to drop to 1200 calories per day to lose weight. I said I would try to hold to 1500 calories per day in solidarity. I also decided those calories had to be sugar free and low carb. What was I thinking!!! Ten days in and I'm 2.5 pounds lighter, but very hungry. My food choices are high quality, nutritious food, but not high volume. I may need to rethink that one.
