first ten days

Saturday, September 29, 2012

Arrrghh! I am so hungry! A friend was diagnosed with pre-diabetes and told to drop to 1200 calories per day to lose weight. I said I would try to hold to 1500 calories per day in solidarity. I also decided those calories had to be sugar free and low carb. What was I thinking!!! Ten days in and I'm 2.5 pounds lighter, but very hungry. My food choices are high quality, nutritious food, but not high volume. I may need to rethink that one.

Use the food tracker. It will tell you what you can eat as far as calories, carbs, fats, and proteins.

    Hi!

I am so glad you are here! Keep up the good work! You might want to avoid eliminating anything from your diet. Major shifts in your food choices usually leads to disaster. Stick with your nutrition tracker. It is designed to give you all you need in order to lose the weight in a reasonable fashion.
