Wow-what a great blog by this person. She sounds like me growing up as far as food at home. When I got married at 18, that is when I discovered the wonder of junk food and baked goods! Well, except for Doritos that was my allowance would go for on occasion growing up at home.
We all go through different struggles with addiction and I have learned so much here at SP & changed so many bad habits! So many really have a hard time with the food, like binge eating, etc. We do need compassion and patience with these ones. I am going to share this article with some SPF's! emoticon emoticon emoticon

I ONLY buy candy I don't care for.
But then, I'm not a big sweet eater.

Thanks for bringing our attention to this interesting blog. I copied it to ponder on some of the points as situations come up in the future.
